1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Netscape Labs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the developer of The Divine Bible application ("App") and the website located at thedivinebible.com ("Website").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using The Divine Bible app or Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the App or Website.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2 Description of Service

The Divine Bible is a Christian lifestyle mobile application that provides the following features and services:

• Bible Reader — Read the Holy Bible in multiple translations (KJV, NIV, ESV and others) and multiple languages, with highlighting, notes, and bookmarking.
• AI Prayer Generator — Generate personalized, scripture-anchored prayers powered by artificial intelligence.
• Chat With God — An AI-powered spiritual conversation feature offering scripture-based guidance and reflection.
• Christian Radio — Live streaming of 100+ Christian radio stations from around the world.
• Prayer Wall — A global community feature where users can post, view, and pray for others' prayer requests.
• Daily Devotionals & Verses — Curated daily scripture, devotional content, and spiritual encouragement.
• Streaks, Badges & Profile — Tools to track and gamify your spiritual growth journey.

Some features are available free of charge. Enhanced features, unlimited AI usage, and an ad-free experience are available through a Premium Subscription as described in Section 3.

3 Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

The Divine Bible offers a Premium subscription that unlocks enhanced features including unlimited AI Chat with God, unlimited AI Prayer Generation, ad-free experience, and exclusive spiritual content. All subscriptions are processed through the platform on which you downloaded the App.

3.1 Available Subscription Plans

Exact pricing is displayed in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by country and currency. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.

3.2 Billing & Automatic Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Renewal charges are applied to your App Store or Google Play account at the same price unless we notify you of a price change in advance.

You authorize the respective app store (Apple or Google) to charge your payment method on file on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. We will notify you via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. Your continued subscription after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for the Premium subscription. The duration of the free trial is specified at the time of the offer in the App.

Free trial availability may vary by platform, region, and whether you have previously used a free trial. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial offers at any time.

Only one free trial is available per user per subscription type. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free trials is a violation of these Terms.

5 Cancellation & Refunds

5.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

To cancel, use the subscription management tools provided by the relevant app store:

• iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → The Divine Bible → Cancel
• Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → The Divine Bible → Cancel

Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account or your saved data (prayers, highlights, notes).

5.2 Refunds

All subscription purchases are handled by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be submitted directly to the relevant platform:

• Apple App Store: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple's refund process. Apple's standard refund policy applies.
• Google Play: Visit play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions or contact Google Play support. Google's standard refund policy applies.

Netscape Labs does not process refunds directly. Refunds are at the sole discretion of Apple or Google in accordance with their respective policies.

6 User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@thedivinebible.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain false information, or have been inactive for an extended period following reasonable notice.

You may not transfer your account to another person. One person may not have more than one account unless expressly authorized by us.

7 User-Generated Content

The App allows you to submit prayer requests, comments, profile information, and other content ("User Content") to the Prayer Wall and other community features.

By submitting User Content, you grant Netscape Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App and its community features.

You represent and warrant that your User Content:

• Does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Does not contain false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful information
• Does not include hate speech, harassment, explicit content, or content promoting violence
• Does not contain spam, commercial solicitation, or unsolicited promotion
• Complies with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms, without notice and without liability.

8 Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use The Divine Bible App only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with its intended use as a Christian faith and spiritual growth tool. You agree not to:

• Use the App to harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Post content that is offensive, blasphemous, or contrary to the Christian faith and values the App is designed to support
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract content from the App
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the App
• Use the App to distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its servers
• Use the AI features to generate content that is harmful, illegal, or contrary to these Terms
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free trial offers or other promotions
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and access to the App.

9 Advertisements

The free version of The Divine Bible is supported by third-party advertisements. By using the free version, you consent to the display of advertisements within the App.

Advertisements are served by third-party ad networks. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements, and their appearance does not constitute our endorsement of the advertised products or services.

Subscribing to Divine Premium removes all advertisements from your app experience.

We comply with applicable advertising standards and do not display advertisements that are obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate for a Christian family app.

10 Intellectual Property

The Divine Bible app, including its design, graphics, text, code, features, AI models, brand identity, and all content created by Netscape Labs, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on your personal device(s) solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any part of the App or its content without our prior written consent.

Bible text: Scripture passages within the App are used under the terms of their respective licensors. The King James Version (KJV) is in the public domain. Other translations (NIV, ESV, etc.) are used under licence from their respective copyright holders.

"The Divine Bible" name and logo are trademarks of Netscape Labs. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

11 Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that: (a) the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; (b) the results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable; (c) any errors in the App will be corrected; or (d) radio streams or third-party content will be continuously available.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party radio stations, external links, or third-party services accessible through the App.

12 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NETSCAPE LABS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM:

• Your use of or inability to use the App
• Any content obtained from or through the App
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data
• Any reliance placed on AI-generated spiritual content
• Technical failures, outages, or interruptions

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

13 Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or by us. You may terminate your agreement with us by deleting your account and uninstalling the App.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App immediately and without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by law; or (c) we discontinue the App or any part of it.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.

If your account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, you are not entitled to a refund of any subscription fees paid.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Netscape Labs' place of business, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the applicable courts in the jurisdiction of Netscape Labs, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

Nothing in this section prevents you from making a complaint to your local consumer protection authority or app store platform.

15 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through an in-app notification or email.

Your continued use of the App after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the App.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
